 A seven-member Board
which has supervisory authority over the administration of the rules of
continuing legal education. The Board credits Continuing Legal Education
(CLE) activity which will satisfy the educational requirements of these
rules; determines and keeps records of attorney compliance with these
rules; reports the names of those who fail to meet the requirements of
these rules; evaluates the effectiveness of mandatory CLE in maintaining
and improving the competence of members of the Bar; and monitors the
continuing legal competence of members of the Bar and policies and
procedures to maintain and improve that competency.
