Test 1.2 applies +
1) New file type not converted to pdf, see how it is stored.
2) In Clerk Review what does screen look like?  Can enter metadata about file? Does new file type display (ask clerk if they want to display or play it?)  Can clerk print it?  (Do we allow new file types while we still have paper files?)
3) See what happens in Clerk/Judge Viewer TOC screen, blue link “View Original” for new file type
4) See what happens when staff use Clerk Review or Clerk Viewer “email” link to email attachments of new file type. (email from launched document is OK).

12/27/12 Rao - See Email from  last Friday regarding file naming conventions. Also changed review screen so that when parent (i.e first document ) is accepted all children are also accepted. Same with rejection. Also can't modify the children during review process.  Document group/type for the children is derived from document if document is a smart document or from file extension.

 

12/06/12 RMC: New file types are not working per Rao email.
