Test 1.1 – 1.5 and 2.1 complete +
1) Configure system, via System Admin screen, for which doc types (and/or doc category) will bypass Clerk Review. [SEE Checkbox Memo specifications, attached.]
2) Submit doc types into existing case that bypass Clerk Review.   Look up document in Clerk Viewer – did it make it to the correct case, are doc category/doc type correct, is the metadata complete? 
3) Submit doc types that have missing XML data and/or fields, what happens?

1/11/13 RC:  Bypass clerk review and State new case boxes do not work.  (see consolidated email under test 1.2)

12/27/12 Rao -  Added two flags to Document Type screen.  12/14/12 RMC:  Sent email with detailed specifications of "Can start new case" and "Can bypass clerk review" checkboxes per last week's phone discussion.  12/18- CHECKBOX email attached.

12/6/12 RMC:  Don't understand -- does required System Admin screen exist?  If so need documentation.  Also requires predecessors 1.1 - 1.5 and 2.1 to work before testing this item.
