Fee Purpose

Filing Fee for entry of Divorce, Annulment or Dissolution of Civil Union and Legal Separation (none for counterclaim)

Fee Amount

$250.00 without a stipulation; $75.00 with a stipulation. Stipulations must be acceptable to the Court. A checklist developed by the Court will be utilized to determine the acceptability of the documents filed with the Court.

Surcharge Amount

$12.50 without a stipulation; $3.75 with a stipulation

Total Fee Amount

$262.50 without a stipulation; $78.75 with a stipulation.
