The Probate Court is located in the old jailhouse behind the Superior Court. Parking is available in the parking lot.
Judge George K. Belcher:
Judge Belcher is a 1977 graduate of Vermont Law School. He practiced law in Barre for many years before becoming the Probate Judge.
Donna Kay Murray – Court Register:
Ms. Murray has been the Probate Register since 1979. In addition to handling the basic Court administration and accounting, she handles estates, trusts and adoptions.
Lorna Murray Gaboriault – Court Clerk:
Ms. Gaboiault has been the Clerk since 1987. She is responsible for guardianships and emancipations.
