Title

Can't process registration application when email address has faulty syntax

Description

Applications queue.  I created this entity purposely using a faulty syntax for the email address.  Now I can neither approve or reject her, as I get the following error message.  She is stuck in the queue.  We should be able to process a user with a faulty address, whether they registered themselves or whether it was an admin creating the account.   The first screenshoto below shows error message when trying to accept; second screenshot below shows the rejection message; third shows that the screen is frozen with a message "rejecting registration please wait..." You have to exist eCabinet to be free of the message.

Notes

9/30/13cf:  Since we cannot duplicate an error, we will put this in move to production.  Should an error arise we will notify AMCAD in the future.

9/29/24cf:  Rick - I was unable to create a fake email address on the add unaffiliated user screen, that would be accepted and added to the registration applications queue.  The system caught all my intentional errors.  I was unable to recreate the original problem of the unreadable system popups or the screen freezing.  I think it’s fixed but didn’t want to move the status yet, because I didn’t actually prove that the issue in THIS entry has been corrected
9/19/13gf - ready to be re-tested
