Description

My profile page requires phone format containing dashes.  Format on admin's "Manage Users" screen has area code in parens, no dashes. Entering dashes causes the number to be incorrectly displayed.

9/18/13 CF: #43 OK   - Phone number mask is identical on filer registration page, admin manage users screen, and add unaffiliated user screen.
