Title

Filter dialog needs close

Description

When you click the “filter” button or “clear filter” button, the dialog stays open.  It seems like it should close to provide feedback that the button was clicked and to save the user from having to click elsewhere on the screen to make it close.

Notes

11/18/13 gf: NOT ABLE to FULLY fix as Vendor is not able to provide us with a solution.

10/28/13CF: See "TeSting Nex Drop" Document.

9/23/13cf/rc: Waiting for vendor to notify AMCAD of when a patch can be applied which allows the object display in full and not leak off the screen.

9/20/13cf: Need Rick's input to go forward.  GF has sent vendor information as requested.

9/19/13gf - ready to be re-tested
9/18/13 cf: G – my notes in #52 were voluminous and I believe I misled you in my testing results.
The bottom line is that when you can SEE the filter and clear filter buttons, they do work. Our problem is that you can’t see those buttons if the dropdown menus are long, and there is no way to scroll down to them.  I have just discovered that if you hit F11 while a menu dropdown is displayed, the entire popup becomes visible, including the bottom buttons. See screenshot below.
I will replace the #52 Sharepoint results with text from this message – guess it’s up to Rick if he wants to let this go as a training issue or pursue it further with AMCAD.  Sorry for my confusion!
Cindy  Rick? Leave this as a training issue?
