1) Registered Filers screen: At the bottom of this screen change the link ".. Site" to have a small s on site. In top words second sentence revise to read: You must enter either Last Name or Email Address.
2) Case Type utility: Verify search display that system only displays those case rows marked "Active". Also, do not show the combo "Unknown/Unknown".

3) Document Types utility:
-- Don't display any rows until user hits Select button
-- Don't display any rows that are not "Active"
-- Don't display any rows that the user cannot see on the filing screens ("Filer Can Select" box must be checked)
-- Be sure to include the Divison=All for all the searches
