The Vermont Judiciary is pleased to announce that free wireless access (Wi-Fi) is available at all courthouses.

Usage Requirements

In order to ensure proper use and availability for all users, Wi-Fi access is governed by a user agreement, and associated rules. If you want to use Wi-Fi at the courthouse, you will need to ask for the agreement and instructions from the local court staff. Please review all these materials before accessing the network. Connectivity to the system is managed by security and password. Access will be limited for use between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The Vermont Judiciary provides Wi-Fi as a service to courthouse users: lawyers, self-represented individuals, executive branch staff, and so on. The Judiciary hopes that use of Wi-Fi will allow better interactions with the court, such as allowing access to work files and online court materials. Please understand that support is limited as the court staff will not offer any technical assistance on accessing the wireless hotspot. The system may occasionally be unavailable should problems arise and the Judiciary may change the password at any time.
