On March 22, 2023, the Hearing Panel responded to the request by Special Disciplinary Counsel for a stay. On April 20, 2023, Counsel for the Respondent filed a Motion for Protective Order. On Friday, April 21, 2023 the Hearing Panel requested and received a position from Special Disciplinary Counsel regarding the Motion for Protective Order.
