Notice of Planned Outage for System Upgrade: Friday April 26th - Saturday April 27th

The Washington Civil/Probate Courthouse in Montpelier is open to the public. Civil and Probate paper filings can now be brought to the courthouse. Please check hearing notices to see if hearings will be held in-person or remotely.

Jury Draw: Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024
Location: 7 Mahady Court, Middlebury
Reporting Information: Jurors with reporting numbers 1 through 146 need to report at 8:30 am on Wednesday, April 3rd. Bring your summons for express check in.

The third and final jury draw for the current jury panel is Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
