The Washington Civil/Probate Courthouse in Montpelier is open to the public. Civil and Probate paper filings can now be brought to the courthouse. Please check hearing notices to see if hearings will be held in-person or remotely.

Criminal Jury Draw: May 7, 2024

Reporting Information: If you have been summonsed for jury draw, please report to the main entrance of the State Office Building at 9:30 a.m. Please bring your summons with you for quicker check-in. Thank you.
