For more than four decades Phoebe Barash has worked in education as teacher, elementary school administrator and trainer.
After leaving her position as elementary school administrator, Phoebe began her own business in mediation and conflict management. Phoebe’s area of focus include family and divorce mediation, elder care mediation, group facilitation, trainings for school staffs and work with organizations. Her experience in schools gives her a unique window into the pressures that families and organizations face when in conflict.
Phoebe is a member of the Addison County Chamber of Commerce, Bristol CORE, the Association of Family and Conciliatory courts and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Phoebe has been an adjunct faculty member at Woodbury College, Middlebury College, UVM and Champlain College. She received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in 197cd2, her Masters in Education from Western Carolina University in 1980, Certificate in Mediation from Woodbury College in 2001.
